Order, cancellation & return policy

How ordering works

Every Midnight Thorn piece is prepared for you after you order. As soon as your payment is confirmed, we start preparing your item, so please check the photos, description, colour and size carefully before you pay.

Cancellations

• You can cancel any time before you pay: simply don't complete the payment. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 30 minutes.
• Once your payment is confirmed, your order cannot be cancelled.

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• change of mind
• choosing the wrong size
• personal preference, such as colour, fit or style

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive a different item from the one you ordered, message us with your order number and photos as soon as possible after delivery so we can look into it.
